Sara Pascoe

Sara is an award winning comedian and writer. She is the writer, star and executive producer of the BBC series, ‘Out of Her Mind,’ and host of ‘Guessable’ (Comedy Central) and ‘Comedians Giving Lectures‘ (Dave). Her solo BBC stand up special ‘LadsLadsLads’ was filmed at the London Palladium, following a sell out nationwide tour and West End run. Sara co-hosted the BBC2 travelogue ‘Travelling Blind’ and her latest series is ‘Last Woman on Earth’ – also for the BBC.

Award-winning comedian and actor Sara Pascoe is a popular corporate comedian and comedy host.  She has a dry conversational and observational style for both live and online events.

Career

Having won a Chortle Breakthrough Award, Sara has forged a very successful comedy career. Appearances include Live at the Apollo, Stand Up for the Week and Taskmaster. She’s also been a panellist on Never Mind the Buzzcocks, QI, Have I Got News For You, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, and Mock the Week, and Radio 4’s Just a Minute and The News Quiz. As an actor she has appeared in Twenty Twelve, and its sequel W1A, The Thick of It, The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, Campus, and Being Human. In 2019, she appeared in Travelling Blind with Amar Latif on BBC2. Also in 2019, a live recording of her LadsLadsLads tour at the London Palladium was shown on BBC Two. She has presented the BBC comedy short film, Sara Pascoe vs Monogamy.  In 2020 Sara hosted the Comedy Central panel show, Guessable.  Her sitcom, Out of Her Mind, which she wrote and stars in, also started on BBC2 in 2020. Her latest project for BBC is another travel show, The Last Woman on Earth.

Sara also starred in and co-wrote the Channel 4 sketch show Girl Friday, has written for the Guardian and Independent.  Her first book, Animal was published in 2017, followed by Sex, Power, Money in 2019 and she hosts a hugely popular podcast by the same name.
