Eric spent nearly six years on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff where he interviewed celebrities, fronted fun VTs and became known as the guy who always brought energy and warmth to the show.
Background
Alongside his on screen work, Eric is a producer and presenter at the BBC and recently produced his first BBC documentary, adding another layer to his already wide-ranging storytelling experience.
He first trained as a child actor, where he learned to think quickly, a skill that has served him well for reporting breaking news and live broadcasts. Since then he has interviewed everyone from reality stars to Hollywood actors and former Prime Ministers, building more than 10,000 hours of presenting.
Eric’s experience in front of the camera extends behind it too. He is the director of his own production company which specialises in video, photography and podcast production. This gives him a strong understanding of what makes content engaging, whether it is created for a live audience or a broadcast.
