Originally an engineer, Seán Weafer is a leading European sales performance coach/mentor and workshop leaders in today’s business environment, dividing his time between his practice in Dublin, Ireland and internationally in Europe and the USA.
He is author of the book “The Business Coaching Revolution” (Blackhall Press, Dublin) – one of the leading books on business coaching and described as a “pragmatic approach to coaching” and has been a professional management coach since 1997.
He has also written a series of audio sales seminars recorded from his acclaimed “Eagles of Selling™” live seminars and a series of study packs on mentoring, coaching and management communication and leadership skills from his workshops on same.

He has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience having worked within the software and IT sector for 10 years and in the professional development field for the last 12 years.
