Following on from That Peter Kay Thing, Paddy came to prominence in Phoenix’s Nights and the follow up series Max and Paddy’s Road to Nowhere.  He went on to host ITV’s hugely popular Take Me Out Series.  In 2019 he took over as team captain on Keith Lemon’s Celebrity Juice.  The comedy partnership with Leigh Francis (aka Keith Lemon) led to a film parody series, The Keith and Paddy Picture Show.  He has more recently become part of the international motoring phenomenon hosting team of BBC’s Top Gear – “the boys are back with bromance, banter and breath taking stunts” The Telegraph. It was announced in 2020 that Paddy will host a BBC1 new prime time music game show, I can See Your Voice
