Award winning management lecturer at LSE, Professor Connson Locke combines years of practical senior business consultancy across the globe with academia and is in much demand as a motivational speaker.
Having worked in senior management consultancy across the world, Connson joined the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her key areas of expertise are leadership, organisational behaviour, negotiation and decision making. She has received the LSE Outstanding Teaching Contribution and been highly commended twice for Inspirational Teaching.
Before moving into academia, Connson spent time in Hong Kong as the Regional Training and Development Manager for the Boston Consulting Group leading the learning and development of consulting staff in ten offices. She has worked in almost 20 countries. She holds MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of California and BA in Sociology from Harvard. She has comprehensive global knowledge of designing and delivering leadership development programmes and executive coaching.
Her eagerly awaited publication, Making Your Voice Heard, which addresses the theme of upward influence, is due to be published by Octopus Books in 2021.
