Ben Shephard
Sky Sports and Tipping Point presenter and popular television host Ben Shephard is one of the best known faces on our screens.
Ben got his first TV break in March 1998 when he hosted Channel 4’s ‘Control Freaks’ and then went on to join ‘The Bigger Breakfast’ with Melany Sykes and Josie D’Arby. In 1998 Ben moved over to Channel 4 and hosted their prime time Sunday morning show T4. In 2014 Ben joined ITV’s Good Morning Britain as one of the main presenters.
Since then Ben has been the primary host on a huge variety of shows including, ITV2’s The Xtra Factor, Channel 4’s Planet Pop and BBC’s Eastenders Revealed. He is an active patron of a number of charities and has completed 14 marathons, run twice across the UK and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and many other fundraising challenges.
Ben is a regular conference and event host and also an excellent presenter training delegates in the art of communication skills.
