Greg is Professor Applied Sport & Exercise Science at Liverpool John Moores University and Director of the Centre for Health and Human Performance in London’s Harley Street. He has an impressive record of assessing, treating and improving the performance of people ranging from cancer sufferers, celebrities attempting charity challenges such as Comic Relief through to elite athletes. Celebrities Greg has worked with include John Bishop, James Cracknell, Cheryl Cole, Chris Moyles,Gary Barlow, Eddie Izzard, Mel C, Dara O’Briain, Davina McCall and most recently Dermot O’Leary for the 2015 Comic Relief. His book, Achieve the Impossible was published in 2015. Greg applies the same messages of training, preparation, overcoming adversity and winning to corporate audiences and is much in demand as a motivational speaker. Greg is an Olympian and both European and world championship medallist modern pentathlon. In 2014 he was awarded the OBE for his services to Sport, Sports Science & Charity.
