Bright, energetic newcomer Andi is building a formidable reputation with her sharply observed routines peppered with witty caricatures of everyday archetypes.
Having established herself as an actress on stage and on screen, including roles in Eastenders, Casualty and Footballers Wives, Andi decided to apply her confident, outgoing personality to comedy. With charm and charisma to spare, Andi recounts tales of her strict Nigerian upbringing in east London, growing up in the 80s, falling off her bike, and political correctness.
Andi can be found commenting on the weird world of the internet on Channel 4’s weekly assault on the news Stand Up For The Week. She’s also appeared on Mock the Week and Michael McIntryre’s Comedy Roadshow. She was Jason Manford’s co-host on Channel 4’s Tonightly show, and has appeared on The Last Word, Russell Brand and Friends, and BBC3’s Most Annoying People (as a commentator rather than a subject). She also impressed judges with her routine to Michael Jackson’s Bad on Let’s Dance For Comic Relief.
In addition to these, she has written and performed televised pilots for her own shows, The Andi O-Show on E4 and CSI: Nigeria for BBC3.
Andi is a popular corporate stand up comedian and comedy host and recent engagements include:
