Helen Glover MBE, together with Heather Stanning, have stormed to victory at the Rio Olympics defending their title from the London 2012 Olympics in the Women’s Pair.
Fellow motivational speaker Katherine Grainger CBE yesterday became the most decorated British female athlete of all time yesterday achieving silver in the Double Sculls together with Victoria Thornley – giving Katherine an astounding five Olympic medals.
Both Olympians are excellent motivational speakers, covering themes including effective teamwork, training, perseverence, planning, overcoming adversity, self belief and winning. All highly relevent to corporate audiences.
