The evening starts with the sensational West End singers performing all the popular torch songs made famous by the likes of Ruth Etting, Bessie Smith, Al Jolson and Eddie Cantor. This all takes place during the drinks reception.
When the guests go through into the dining room, they are shown a cake where the final singer comes bursting out in full voice.
