Hugh Hutchison is one of the few people who have competed at the top level in sport, been successful in the corporate world and had a career in the army. This unique background has given him an understanding and balanced focus on: individual performance, business success, management and leadership. As a skier Hugh is a double Olympian (Albertville 1992 and Lillehamer 1994) and has ten top 25 results at World Cup and Olympic level. He has three Commonwealth titles and was four times national champion. He now is a pundit for BBC and Sky during the World Championships and Olympics and does features for several ski magazines.

After skiing Hugh focussed on his business career and became a director of a major sports marketing company for five years (1998 – 2003). As Commercial Director he looked after multi-million pound accounts in sports such as athletics, golf and F1.
