Junior is an multi-award winning motivational and entrepreneurial speaker, inspiring young people to business success. He is the best-selling author of “How To Be A Student Entrepreneur”
As a social entrepreneur his business awards include the Rising Stars Award , Black Youth Achievement for business & Enterprise and NACUE National Social Enterprise Award. SMA Football was Junior’s first company founded at the age of 17. It is a coaching academy that uses football and boxing as a means to communicate key life skills to young people aged 4- 14 years old. Following this success he went on to set up a publishing company called “BD Publishing” whilst studying a BSc in Economics at Queen Mary University.
His publication, “ How to be a Student Entrepreneur” shares his success principles, inspiring people to success and maximising potential. Themes include leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, overcoming failure, self- discipline, business principles, marketing, financial management.
