Baroness Karren Brady CBE

Vice Chairman of West Ham United FC, business speaker Karren Brady is the former CEO Birmingham FC and turned the Club’s fortunes around. She took over Birmingham when it was in liquidation. In her first year at the helm, the Club recorded a financial trading profit.

Karren has attracted much media attention as the highest placed woman in football hosting her own TV show Brady Bunch, and presented both Loose Women and Live Talk on ITV. She has also presented Central Weekend Live. She was selected to star in BBC1 TV’s The Apprentice as adviser to Lord Sugar.  Karren has acted as a non-executive director of England 2018 World Cup Bid, C4 and Sport England among others. She is regularly featured in the news, on TV and radio. Karren has also written several books including Strong Woman, aimed at inspiring women in business, which is a Sunday Times Bestseller. Karren Brady has also been listed by Cosmopolitan Magazine as “one of the 100 most powerful women in the world.” She has also attended the Queen’s Lunch for Women Achievers.
