Motivational speaker, Mandy Hickson, was the only RAF female pilot on her Front Line Tornado Squadron, working under extreme pressure and hostile environments. Her presentations and workshops focus on relating the lessons learnt in conflict situations with corporate life including teamwork, calculated risk taking, decision making under pressure and communication.
