Richard Johnson

Richard Johnson is an award winning journalist and broadcaster living in London. His journalism appears regularly in the Sunday Times, The Telegraph and The Guardian.

Richard has written and presented radio documentaries about everything from soap opera to exorcism, and has fronted two series of the prime-time television series Full on Food for BBC2, and Kill It, Cook It, Eat It for BBC3. But he’s also been a drinks columnist for the Independent, and a food columnist for The Guardian, and chaired the judging panel for the Great Taste Awards – the ‘Oscars’ of the food world. He has hosted the Festive Good Food Show at Earls Court, and the Taste of London in Regents Park, both of which involved huge cooking demos and live masterclasses with the world’s finest chefs.

Richard has hosted corporate events for everybody from Leffe to Holroyd Howe, and presented all sorts of award ceremonies, from the Restaurateurs’ Restaurant of the Year to the RSPCA’s Good Business Awards and The Grocer’s Own Label Excellence Awards.
