Steve Cunningham

Steve is renowned as ‘the fastest blind man on earth’ – he holds the blind land and water speed records.  Steve formed and captained England’s blind football team, played for the England blind cricket team, and held the 100m sprint record. He shows how to turn adversity into challenge, and obstacles into opportunity.

Steve Cunningham is a witty articulate passionate man who tells it how it is. He is also totally blind, and has been from the age of twelve. Steve has never allowed his disability to define, restrict him or thwart his ambitions. Steve holds the blind land and water speed records.  He also formed and captained England’s blind football team, played for the England blind cricket team.
