Stuart has had a lifelong involvement with motorsport. After being British Champion Co-driver for 3 years he moved into team management, first with BMC where he led them to several Monte Carlo Rally wins and later with Ford where, as Director of Motorsport, he was responsible for their race and rally programmes across Europe. Under his leadership Ford won both World and European Championships.

He is a Lord’s Taverner and was on the Advisory Committee of Action Match, the arrangements formed to encourage social sponsorship.

As well as being a highly entertaining After Dinner Speaker and a winner of a coveted Benedictine After Dinner Speaker of the Year Award – Stuart, with his wide international business experience, is a highly effective lecturer on motivation and team building. He has also spoken on several international conferences on public relations and sponsorship. Stuart has addressed audiences ranging from a dozen to over 2000 and is used to international groups, travelling to several countries to speak every year. His record to date is 27 nationalities in an audience of 48. He is the author of over 20 books on Business and Motorsport, published in several languages.
